Services Offered
Ana will collaborate closely with you to design a cake with decor to match your wedding theme. HoneyShed Bakery can create various desserts, from white buttercream cakes to a traditional three-tiered masterpiece. We mainly work with buttercream and ganache-iced cakes, using both traditional and modern decorations. Before the big day, you'll attend a tasting session and consultation to speak directly to Ana and craft the cake of your dreams. When the time comes for you to say, 'I do,' your cake will be delivered to the venue at the agreed time, and set on the cake table. Moreover, if last minute additions need to be put on the cake, we'll do this onsite. You can also opt for beautiful cake stands to display your one-of-a-kind dessert.

A phenomenal cake from a truly wondeful baker! You won't regret talking to Ana about your wedding cake
She posted us several (very generously sized) tasters to help us narrow down our flavour choices and we loved them all. Her options are creative and delicious, with a focus on natural flavours and brilliant combinations of textures. We had a call two months before the wedding to pin down the final design and the requirements for the day. We had told Ana our colours for the wedding and about a particular pattern that we wanted to incorporate and she really ran with them - what she desgined was so much better than either of us could have imagined!
In the weeks before the wedding she kept us up to date with photos when she tested the colours and our stencils, which were really nice for us to see. On our wedding day she arrived with plenty of time and set up a showstopper of a cake at our venue. She provided a stand and spacer for the cake, as well as using one we had bought ourselves. Ana decorated the cake and table with fabric and flowers from our decor too and it looked amazing all day long - even thought it was sitting out in a warm hallway for over 8 hours before being cut!
Every crumb of the cake was eaten and everyone raved about how delicious it was (luckily we had some slices the venue saved for us to enjoy in the week after too!). On top of all that, Ana was a warm and genuinely lovely person and we feel very lucky that she was a part of our special day. Thank you so much, Ana!
