"If I could give 0 stars, I would."
I was told to pick out the ones I liked/wanted to try on, and they would bring them to the dressing room for me. I selected 5 dresses. They started bringing in piles of dresses, but none of which were ones I had selected. I was repeatedly told that the dresses they selected would be more flattering. I've tried on about 15 dresses and know what I like, want and what's flattering on my body. Finally, after some coaxing from my group, 2 of the dresses I selected were brought in for me to try on. I was "allowed" to try on one, but then was told the others wouldn't go near me fit wise/I couldn't try them on. They were only 1 size smaller than what I had been trying on, so could have easily fit on me.
I tried on a final dress, which I didn't select, but apparently would be "better suited" for my body type. I hated the dress, but much to my chagrin, went out to show my group. As the employee was straightening out the bottom of the dress, she asked me if I was going to lose weight for the wedding. She made me feel like absolute rubbish. My soon to be mother in law spoke to her and she brushed it off. I ended the appointment and on my way out expressed my dissatisfaction, to which the response was essentially they were sorry I felt that way but couldn't give a damn that I was leaving their shop in tears.
I absolutely loathed the service I received and would not recommend this shop if it was the last one in London.
