I had a great experience with the Bridal Box. The shop is beautiful, they give you a lovely comfortable experience while shopping. They listened to my ideas and offered me dresses that suited me and that were in my budget, and I found the one! The alteration process was really positive - Dushanka was upfront with me about my options which I really appreciated, especially as I chose to make some personal changes.
A few days before my wedding we struggled with doing up the zip which as you can imagine caused us enormous panic, but they offered us an urgent appointment to help get it sorted - it wasn't broken, just needed a certain technique to get it done. My dress was so beautiful, it was "me", and I just feel so joyful and grateful looking at photos of it and knowing it is there. Thank you all so much for helping me with this very important part of my wedding day. -

Absolutely fantastic
I absolutely love my wedding dress that I got from The Bridal Box and I received so many compliments on it.
Dusanka was great from the initial consultation, suggesting dresses that she thought would suit me, through to the final fitting where she took real care to ensure I was happy and comfortable. She even drew a great diagram to make sure my bridesmaids would remember how to hook up the train for the dancing!
Before I started looking at wedding dresses I hadn't considered the importance of the person selling the dress being able to do the alterations but once I started trying on dresses with Dusanka, her experience and knowledge of the dresses and how to alter them made her stand out from all other shops I had been to. She came up with a really clever way to hook up my train which still made the dress look amazing.
I highly recommend using The Bridal Box for your wedding dress. They have a great range of dress styles and the personal touch really makes them stand out. -

I cannot tell you how much I loved every second of wearing my dress on Sunday!! I felt like a million dollars and the best I’ve ever felt in anything I’ve ever worn!
From my first ever appointment at The Bridal Box the whole experience with you has been perfect. As I’ve said when I was having my fittings, I cannot get over the incredible work you have done on the dress! Having the handmade straps, to the tule taken off, the belt inside to hold it up, the added flowers, just everything was incredible!!! I had SO many compliments on the dress all day, and from people that have seen photos since. It was everything I ever dreamed and more!!!
Thank you for playing such a huge part in making my day the best day of my entire life!! -

Dusanka and her team were incredible right from my first dress fitting through to me taking the dress home. They helped me to find my perfect dress and have an amazing selection. My alterations were done so well and timely and I felt amazing in my dress! They also have a stunning collection of accessories and veils. I would highly recommend. Dusanka is so lovely! -

A very special experience
I only intended to have a browse on my first visit to The Bridal Box, but Dusanka was so friendly and helpful and had such a great selection that I found the dress of my dreams, with suitable accessories. She was so kind, worked so hard to ensure it fitted me like a glove, and gave such valuable advice. I felt like a million dollars on my wedding day and had so many wonderful comments about my dress . I cannot recommend the Bridal Box highly enough -

Gorgeous Experience
I want to say thank you to Dusanka for the most wonderful wedding dress experience. The shop is an absolute gem. On arrival, we discussed my wedding, the vibes we were going for and then several dresses were pulled out for me. I wasn’t entirely sure what style I wanted but when I tried on the second dress I was offered, I knew that was the one! I still tried on many, many, many more dresses and it was such a lovely experience. Dusanka then was a dream with all the fittings and she was incredibly understanding when we had to change dates around last minute. My dress was just incredible and I’m already trying to work out how I can wear it again! Thank you team bridal box for making the whole process just the smoothest and easiest thing! -
