"Let down and stressful experience"
Such a bad experience unfortunately, the ladies working in the shop (Julie and Nicole) clearly trying their absolute hardest but so many things went wrong! Firstly my 6 bridesmaids and flower girl dresses from @Veromia costing nearly a grand came completely wrong sizing 3 weeks (late) before my big day. When contacting Veromia and telling them that they had physically made the wrong sized dresses (measurements 5 inches out on some) the response from the CEO was "we make dresses for Ralph Lauren darling" shop re measured girls and found indeed dresses wrong. I sourced my own replacements next day delivery from John Lewis all fitted perfectly!! No hassle. When you are trying to support small businesses this is quite sad. I spent weeks trying to sort it all out myself and had no help. My wedding dress was beautiful although the bustle hook didn't work so mum had to pin it up for dancing, and when I picked it up it came in a thin see through plastic bag.. no box, no cover. not the service I was expecting from a shop id spent a fortune in. We have been waiting for a refund since July and been told so many stories about a cheque being sent then not.. we have just returned from our honeymoon to still find no cheque!!!!
