From the moment I got in touch with Sophy, I was put at ease and made to feel like nothing was too much trouble, I had make up trials before I met Sophy, but nothing was comparable to the look she created for me, I felt like myself, but better and especially my skin looked so radiant. The make up stayed on all day and I got so many lovely compliments! I’ve already recommended Sophy to my friends. Xx
Not necessarily! Long lasting make up doesn’t need to be heavy. I recommend to layer thin layers to create a long wearing, but light base that not only looks great in photos, but also in person.
I usually recommend anywhere between 6-9 months in advance so you feel totally happy and confident with the final look!
Lipstick, powder and concealer! A touch of blush is also great to freshen up the cheeks after an emotional few hours and a swipe of your lipstick works really well for this.
It is imperative you feel happy with the make up, after all, you’ll be looking back at your wedding photos in years to come! If you’re not happy, either ask your make up artist if you can have another trial or perhaps consider contacting a different make up artist. Remember, you really do pay for what you get!
