I can’t find anywhere else to leave a review for this company. They sent an audio guestbook with plenty of time. On receiving it, it didn’t work. We contacted them and they were very quick to reply and assist but after sending a number of videos showing that nothing they suggested was helping it was clear it just didn’t work. They agreed to send a replacement once we returned the broken one. This time, when it arrived we tested it and it did seem to work at first. We packed it for the wedding and didn’t touch it or do anything to it. Then, a couple of days prior to the wedding we charged it up so it was ready and could be dropped off at the venue. It was not working. Again, we messaged the company and they were very quick to respond but nothing they suggested worked. I left it with my dad who managed to briefly get it working but it seems to run out of charge very quickly for a device that seemingly relies on being fully charged to work - as that is the companies main suggestion to solve problems as well as removing and reinserting the SD card. We had lost all confidence in it working for a whole wedding day at this stage. We ended up ordering a replacement last minute on Amazon which is a shame because we picked this company because they appeared to be independent and a small business. The reality is that the phone sets are cheaply made in China and then cheaply assembled by them and they don’t look like the ones pictured either in terms of the colour and exact style. When I told the company the second one was not working either and asked for a refund they stopped responding. We ended up paying for two audio guestbooks and not using theirs.
