Victoria and William’s beautiful wedding cake was lovingly made by the Mother of the Bride. The four tier, octagonal cake was made of: one twelve inch wheat free fruit cake, one ten inch wheat free fruit cake, one eight inch chocolate sponge and one six inch Madera sponge cake. The feature was then decorated with purple and navy blue ribbon loop inserts and pretty hand made flowers. An elegant ‘Infinite Love’ figurine was placed on top and set the cake off beautifully!
The cake was enjoyed as part of the evening buffet and for those who couldn’t make the day, slices of the wedding fancy was boxed and sent to them!
Victoria’s tips - do things equally - as a couple and separately too, don’t be afraid to look online for wedding items and outfits, and don’t get bogged down; take some wedding planning ”time out” now and again.
