Stacey and James became husband and wife in a traditional wedding ceremony at their parish church in Essex. Stacey walked down the aisle with her proud father, and thanks to some photos of her beloved grandparents attached to her white rose cascading bouquet, they were able to accompany her on the important walk too.
Pachelbel’s ‘Canon in D’ played as she walked towards James, and as soon as she saw his chin wobble, that set her off! James claimed it was a ‘dusty church’ which ‘affected his allergies’, but he wasn’t alone in shedding a tear as many of the guests did too.
Selected friends and family members gave readings, and the wedding party sang hymns, helped along by a choir. Stacey and James exchanged rings bought from Alba Rose, and after 13 years together, they were finally married!
