Three cupcake towers from Stamford Cakery and a fruit cake from Asda made up Stacey and Alisdair’s wedding cake selection. The cupcakes were vanilla sponge filled with white chocolate and decorated in green, white and blue icing to match the tartan. The fruit cake was covered in plain white icing and was topped with a Me to You bear cake topper.
The cupcakes were eaten by guests during the reception, but there were still plenty left over for Alisdair to treat his workmates to on Monday morning!
The happy newlyweds shared their first dance to ‘I Love You Till The End’ by The Pogues.
They didn’t plan on going on honeymoon due to their budget, but Stacey’s parents treated them to a minimoon trip to Dublin, and some friends gave them Euros as spending money.
