Christopher and Sophie’s wedding ceremony took place in the garden at Lavender House Hotel. As it was October, she didn’t expect to be able to marry outside, and when she found out upon arriving at the venue she was so pleased she cried!
She walked down the aisle with her dad as her cousin played the piano. The bride carried a unique bouquet of crocheted yellow roses, made by her aunt and cousin.
The registrar read out Sophie’s favourite quote from the Notebook, and the couple exchanged rings. Sophie’s was bought in Hong Kong and Christopher’s came from the antique shop where he’d bought the engagement ring.
