Sarah and Daniel first met when they were children at primary school! Life took them in different directions though and after losing touch throughout secondary school, they eventually got together and married in a unique 1950s themed wedding! They shared their special day with 80 of their nearest and dearest.
The Happy Couple
Sarah and Daniel co-starred in a school play together way back in primary school, but they could never imagine that one day they’d be husband and wife. They lost touch when Daniel went to a different school, but once they were old enough to go on nights out, their paths crossed again.
It took Daniel a few years, but he finally worked up the courage to ask Sarah out as she flirtatiously sat on his lap at a friend’s birthday party.
Luckily for Sarah, her dad is a former goldsmith, so when Daniel decided to propose, he asked the other man in her life to create the ring. Daniel specified it should be yellow gold with diamonds and an amethyst.
One night Daniel got home from work at 3am, and Sarah remarked everything was perfect now he was home. He answered “not quite!” and got down on one knee. They spent two and a half years planning their wedding.
