A padlock engraved with the couple’s names was attached to a metal railing. This is a symbol of everlasting love, and will serve as a personal reminder and memory of their special day.
After their ceremony, it was time to celebrate! They decorated their reception at Elm Farm with a pretty pink and silver colour scheme, and enjoyed a three course sit down meal with their 53 guests.
Samantha’s dad and her nephew made memorable speeches, as did five close friends of the couple, Carole, Louise, Mary, Karen and Kate.
In the evening the couple’s friend Eileen sang their first dance song ‘Love Lift Us Up Where We Belong’, and they were joined by 140 guests for a disco and evening buffet.
