Rosie & Alex’s Real Wedding

*Benjamin Roberts Bride of the Month, November 2010* Rosie and Alex planned a fabulous winter wedding with the help of their family in December 2009. 100 guests were invited to witness their church ceremony and be entertained afterwards at the stunning Cleeve House in Wiltshire.

Wedding Dress

Rosie chose her dress while shopping with her Mum at the Confetti Bridal Centre in Wokingham.  She chose Benjamin Roberts style 930 because it really flatters the female figure and creates a gorgeous jaw-dropping 1940s hourglass silhouette.  It was the third dress that Rosie had tried on and she knew as soon as she put it on that she had to have it.  The style, cut and material were so beautifully made, so intricate and so classy.

Rosie wanted a Benjamin Roberts dress from the outset because she had done some research beforehand and liked the idea of wearing a Godavari silk dress that celebrates the female shape and enhances it. She also loved the feature-length train which was just stunning. The gown also had an in-built corset which meant that Rosie was able to pull the strings right in for effect during the Church service and photographs and loosen them up for dancing during the evening!
