Rosa and Ryan decided to have their civil ceremony in the ballroom at the gorgeous Haldon Belvedere, and then transport their guests back to the garden of Ryan’s parents where a marquee had been set up for the wedding reception.
Rosa and her father arrived at Haldon Belvedere just before 12.30pm on July 6th in a 1961 Jaguar Mark IX which had been hired from Devon Classic Days. They then proceeded to walk down the aisle to the sounds of a friend singing ‘Come Away with Me’ by Norah Jones.
60 guests witnessed this special couple get married, and as Rosa and Ryan decided to tie the knot on National Kissing Day, they decided to walk back down the aisle as husband and wife to ‘Kiss Me’ by Sixpence None the Richer after having exchanged wedding rings bought from Brooklands Jeweller in West Byfleet, Surrey.
Guests were transported to the marquee wedding reception in fabulous, theme appropriate vintage busses, which had been hired by Quantock Motor Services.
