Rochelle went wedding dress shopping with her mum and two sisters. She tried on a few dresses at Sense and Sensibility in Stockport, and knew straight away when she’d found the one.
It was a beautiful strapless gown by Victoria Jane for Ronald Joyce. As it was winter, Rochelle added a long sleeved lace bolero by the same designer. The bride wore a necklace containing her mum’s ashes, as did her two sisters, to keep her close to them on the day.
Both of Rochelle’s sisters were maids of honour as they all helped each other so much through the good and hard times that came with planning the wedding. The girls wore elegant Alfred Angelo dresses in a dusky pink shade, as did Rochelle’s two older nieces. Each bridesmaid also received an angel shaped pin, featuring Rochelle’s mum’s February birthstone.
