Martin and Rebecca said their vows at the picturesque bandstand in South Park, in Darlington. The couple invited 22 of their closest friends and family to share this special moment with them. The bride walked down the aisle with her father to a string version of Canon in D by Pachelbel. They chose what the registrar would say together, making sure the wedding was personal to them. Rebecca used her mum’s eternity ring as her wedding ring, which has 13 diamonds; ideal as they married in 2013.
As the ceremony took place outside, it had to be legalized in a registered venue. The couple headed to the clock tower at South Park with just their parents for the legalities, which was very intimate and emotional.
Following their personal outdoors ceremony, the bride and groom followed their guests to the River Tees Watersports Centre.
