Gary and Rebecca cut into a three tiered, heart shaped wedding cake which had been made by Katharine Cunningham.
Each layer was a different flavour; the top was Victoria sponge, the middle chocolate and the bottom tier was lemon cake. The delicious wedding cake, which was decorated with silver ribbons and cascading flowers, was served as part of the evening buffet.
After their winter wedding, the couple began married life with a mini-moon, staying in North Devon, before teacher Gary had to head back to work. They are planning a proper honeymoon to Gambia in the Easter break, where they are looking forward to experiencing a new culture and some hot sunny weather!
