As a wedding favour, each of the guests received a miniature that doubled up as a place card, as it was tied with a gift tag. The male guests received whisky, whilst the women were given bottles of vodka.
A harpist, Jessica King-Holford, was hired to play a mixture of classical and modern music to entertain the guests whilst the newlyweds posed for photos. After dinner, Acorns Events set up two roulette tables complete with personalised money for the guests to enjoy as the room was set up for the evening party.
The evening started with the first dance, which was played by The Supertones. The band kept the dance floor full until the end of the night.
