The newlyweds cut into a simple ivory iced, three tiered wedding cake. The inside was a classic Victoria sponge, and each layer was wrapped in a teal ribbon. The cake was topped with peg figurines of Mark and Rachel in all their wedding finery, and their Jack Russell Lola joined them too! Cute bunting added to the country wedding feel.
The cake was served the day after the wedding at a family barbecue, as guests had their cake pops to enjoy at the evening reception. After the speeches, which were filled with love and emotion, it was time for the first dance. Rachel and Mark danced to the Ellie Goulding version of ‘Your Song’, before AMDJ got the evening party started for everyone.
Following their elegant wedding, Mark and Rachel set off to Sorrento, Italy, for a relaxing and luxurious honeymoon full of amazing food and incredible sights.
