Lee and Rachel cut into a traditional, three tier fruit cake, which was covered in taupe icing, decorated with a lace pattern. Rachel made the wedding cake herself, and even personalised two clay figurines to look like the couple as an extra decorative touch.
The cake was offered up as dessert alongside the fruit bouquet, cake of cheese wheels and the retro sweet buffet. After the meal Rachel’s dad started the speeches, followed by Lee and his brother, who was the best man. Rachel finished them by saying a few words about her new husband and making a toast to the guests.
The newlyweds danced the night away to a live band – dancing so hard that the dance floor broke! After their dream wedding, Lee and Rachel jetted off to Bali and Kuala Lumpur for a honeymoon that was so jam packed, it was like three holidays in one!
