Paula & Chris’s Real Wedding

Paula and Chris got married in a traditional church ceremony in front of 85 guests, before going to visit Paula’s pony for some unique wedding photos at the stables nearby. They then joined 105 friends and family members for their evening reception at a wonderfully decorated marquee at the Ramada Hotel in Hemel Hempstead.

Cake and Cuba

Paula and Chris’s traditional wedding cake was from high street retailer Marks & Spencer. They had two tiers of sponge cake and a tier of fruit cake to add a touch of variety. The cake was decorated with artificial orchids and diamante letters reading: ‘P&C’ to add a little sparkle and wedding cake was cut up and served with the evening buffet.

The couple and their guests partied to a DJ recommended to them by the hotel, Contrast Entertainment. Chris and Paula shared their first dance to ‘Have I Told You Lately’ by Van Morrison.

Two days after their perfect, traditional wedding, Paula and Chris travelled to Cuba for a honeymoon with Sandals. They visited flea markets, travelled on speedboats, relaxed on the beach and enjoyed the customary rum and Havana cigars, all as husband and wife.
