Natalie wanted her wedding flowers to be as natural looking as possible, as though they were handpicked. Shaw’s of Amersham created the wedding bouquets from beautiful natural looking flowers in shades of purple and cream, with lots of pretty, delicate greenery to balance out the look.
Flower arrangements also decorated the church, and in the reception venue, ivy was wrapped around candelabras and bird cages for a rustic look. The church was Luke’s local church, and was also the location of his sister’s wedding, ten years before! The bride was walked down the aisle by her step-father and everyone sang ‘I Vow to Thee, My Country’, as Luke is very patriotic.
Natalie’s mother and step-grandmother both did readings, and the couple exchanged simple but classic wedding bands from H Samuel, before being pronounced husband and wife!
