Nancy arrived at the church with her dad in an Austin Healey, which belonged to a friend of her father.
The wedding took place at Ben and Nancy’s church, a bright and airy 1960s building, where they first met four years before. They consider the church as a home to them and have so many happy memories there, so it was the ideal location to get married. The church is a home to a community, so lots of volunteers and friends pitched in to help make their wedding perfect. Volunteers contributed to decorating the venue and making food for the day. It’s a church tradition that anyone is welcome to the ceremony, so alongside the 150 invited guests, Nancy estimated an extra 50 came along to see them get married!
