Whilst everyone was seated for the wedding breakfast, Nadia’s mum made an emotional and heartfelt speech. The best man’s speech was very funny – he dressed the groom up in a Slash wig and presented him with an inflatable guitar!
Devilishly Decadent were responsible for the unique wedding cake, which consisted of three traditional ivory tiers, with a quirky twist! The topper featured Phil and Nadia wielding weapons against zombie versions of the best man and maid of honour. The quirky cake was cut up and served in the evening for guests to take home.
The night ended with everyone dancing to the Noel Fraser Band, after the newlyweds started off the party sharing their first dance to ‘My Hero’ by the Foo Fighters.
Following their intimate wedding, the couple went on a honeymoon of a lifetime which included orang-utan watching in Borneo, and city breaks in Hong Kong and Singapore!
