Five Tiered Wedding Cake
Mark and Monica cut into a decadent, five tiered chocolate wedding cake, complete with Nutella buttercream. The incredible wedding cake was made by the best man’s wife, and was flown over from the Cayman Islands, where they live. It was decorated with hearts and swallows to match the bridal party jewellery.
They waited until the evening guests arrived before cutting into the cake so they could be involved in one of the rituals of the day, and then the cake was served as part of the evening buffet. The top tier, which featured a zombie bride and groom cake topper, has been frozen ready for a Halloween party!
After their unique wedding, Mark and Monica headed to Cambersands for a four night, post wedding break at a converted windmill. They plan to honeymoon in Nashville next year.
