Monica & Mark’s Real Wedding

Monica proposed to Mark after watching a film together. The couple, who have been together for 19 years, married in a 1950s gangster and moll themed wedding, with lots of movie references, including some striking centrepieces. They plan to honeymoon in Nashville next year.

Comic Book Wedding Flowers

Monica ordered her wedding bouquets from Etsy. She chose a bouquet for herself, her bridesmaids and buttonholes for the groomsmen made from comic book strips folded into the shape of flowers.

These quirky bouquets perfectly suited the style of the wedding and would stand the test of time as unique keepsakes.

Monica really likes tattoo and comic book style art, so she tried to incorporate a lot of it into the wedding. She bought her three bridesmaids necklaces from Dolly Dripp in that kind of style to match the bouquets – they featured red acrylic hearts emblazoned with ‘true love’.
