After the traditional wedding ceremony, Murray, Meghan and their 120 guests headed to Maryculter House Hotel – an elegant hotel right beside the River Dee.
They found their whole day was handled so professionally by the team there and the wedding coordinators were able to bring their dream wedding to life.
The venue was decorated with a burgundy colour scheme which matched the groomsmen’s ties and the bridesmaids’ dresses. The decorative touches were vintage inspired which tied in well with Meghan’s style of wedding dress. Vintage tea pots and cups were hired from A Vintage Tea Party and were arranged on the tables with flowers in them.
The newlyweds and their guests enjoyed a delicious three course meal, which consisted of cantaloupe melon with pearls of watermelon, carrot and coriander soup, roast chicken breast stuffed with haggis, and vanilla crème brulee.
