Classic Wedding Cake
Murray and Meghan cut into a classic white wedding cake which was decorated with white and pink ribbon, sugar paste roses and edible pearls.
The traditional fruit cake wedding cake was made by Meghan’s aunt Linda and was decorated by her friend. The cake was served on the night, alongside a sponge cake for those who don’t like fruit cake.
After the last crumb of cake had been eaten and the wedding band had packed up and left, it was time for the newly married couple to jet off on their honeymoon!
The couple headed to Porto Santo, a beautiful Portuguese island off the coast of Madeira, to celebrate the start of their married life together. They’d never been before but Meghan picked the destination as the hotel looked so amazing.
It was the perfect way to start life as husband and wife.
