The ring that Alex proposed with was an emerald cut white diamond with white round diamond hallow and a band in gold setting. The diamond was Canadian and the smaller surrounding diamonds were Australian – it’s safe to say he got it totally right.
Meghan struggled when it came to trying traditional wedding dresses – it just wasn’t her and wasn’t what she wanted. Her dream dress was something that was non-traditional, form fitted with sleeves. When it came to the hair, Meghan went for a natural style on the wedding day which consisted of a side parting and natural waves. Her make-up also kept in with the natural look with smoky bronze colours used on the eyes, a rose shade for the lips and a natural complexion.
