Margaret & Malcolm's Real Wedding

Malcolm and Margaret had a traditional Church of England ceremony, with readings and music that had personal meaning to them.  At 2pm the bride walked up the aisle to “Come Down, O Love Divine” and everyone sang “Be Thou My Vision,” which was played at Malcolm’s parents’ wedding which took place in the same church many years ago.  Rather than just have Margaret’s father give her away, the couple decided to have both sets of parents exchange hands at the altar which was very special.

After the ceremony the wedding party took black cabs from the church to take them to the wedding reception which was held at Pewterers Hall. Peweters is a livery hall that is full of character and contains stained glass, oak paneling and old paintings.  It is also apparently the most haunted building in London.  Luckily the ghosts didn’t make any sort of appearance at Malcolm and Margaret’s wedding reception.
