Malcolm’s parents are active members of the church where the couple were married, so the flower team there did the ceremony flowers, using white roses, goldenrod, and some of the gold poppy heads that were also used for the reception centre pieces. Margaret made the reception table centre pieces herself, using dried flowers from Martin’s Dried Flowers. They were a mixture of wheat, lisianthus, and poppy heads which were spray painted gold and made to stand in carafes with ribbon and decorated with paper birds which were also spray painted gold. They gave the tables a beautiful autumnal feel.
The bouquets, corsages and buttonholes were done by Drake Algar. They made bouquets that not only looked beautiful, but smelled wonderful.
