Highclere Castle certainly is a venue with the ‘wow’ factor and the couple knew that it was just right as soon as they had their visit. Both the wedding ceremony and the reception were held at the Castle and Louise took on the challenge of organising the whole day herself, from the ceremony to the flowers, the favours and the fabulous decorations. Ryan and Louise said that the venue staff were excellent and paid a lot of attention to detail, which in the end made a huge difference.
Louise’s father walked her down the aisle to the sounds of Celine Dion’s ‘My heart will go on’ at 2:30pm on Friday the 23rd of April 2010. A harpist played during the civil ceremony and readings were performed by Ryan’s Step Father and Louise’s Uncle. After the ceremony the guests were entertained by a Caricaturist whilst they enjoyed Champagne before heading on to the wedding breakfast.
