When looking for the perfect wedding venue, Lorraine and Kevin knew that they wanted somewhere intimate and relaxed, but at the same time wanted to make it easy as easy as possible for their guests. A venue where everything could be held in one place was ideal and after they’d seen Bede House they knew it was perfect.
The couple chose a travel theme for their wedding reception, which was held inside a marquee on the grounds of Bede House. They hired Rich Taste caterers to help when it came to the food, and managing the logistics of the day.
Lorraine and Kevin chose a menu with an Italian vibe. They had a sharing antipasti to start, followed by chicken wrapped in parmaham. To complete the wedding breakfast a trio of desserts was served – and, as a surprise, Lorraine’s father had bought in some Italian cakes to compliment tea and coffee.
Michelle Crawford from Eden Flowers in Thrapston filled glass jars with wild and natural flowers that looked incredibly beautiful on the wedding reception tables.
