Lisa & Tony’s Real Wedding

Lisa and Tony married in a 900 year old medieval chapel, followed by a hand-fasting ceremony outdoors in the sunshine. After their unique and intimate wedding, the couple had a celebration at a rugby club for their extended family and friends.

Wedding Ceremony

The legal part of Lisa and Tony’s wedding ceremony took place at 3pm by candlelight in the medieval chapel.

Lisa walked down the aisle with her eldest brother, as it was her dad’s last wish that he should walk her down the aisle. They entered to ‘Pure Imagination’ from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The music at the wedding ceremony had a strong film theme to it. The bride and groom signed the register to music from Hannibal, which kind of suited the Friday 13th wedding date, before exiting as husband and wife to ‘Happy’ from Despicable Me.

The ceremony was decorated to match the wedding colour scheme with lots of red and ivory flowers, and was filled with candles to add a romantic touch.
