Liesbet had an idea in mind for how she wanted her wedding flowers, and Paula Cabrelli was the florist who could bring it all to life. The bride carried a gorgeous bouquet in shades ivory made from roses, freesias, stephanotis and gypsophila, in a structured arrangement to suit the straight lines of her dress. Paula also created the buttonholes and a bouquet for Liesbet to toss at the reception.
Liesbet decided to keep floral decoration at the ceremony to a minimum, so her bouquet was the main floral detail there. The ceremony took place at 2.30pm at the town hall in Berkhamsted.
The bride walked down the aisle with her father to the sound of ‘Marry Me’ by Train. She was in such a rush to get down there and marry Scott she felt as though she leapt down the aisle! Scott’s siblings and two friends of Liesbet’s all performed readings at the ceremony.
