As with the rest of their wedding, their wedding cake had to be truly magnificent and with the help of Trudy at Jelly Cake in Wiltshire, the dream wedding cake was made possible! The four tiered chocolate and vanilla sponge cake featured inspiration from Vera Wang, had pink and white stripes to match the overall colour scheme of the wedding and sugar roses wrapped with an amazing chiffon bow completed the look. The entire cake tasted as good as it looked and guests enjoyed tasting it throughout the evening.
The couple hired pianist Sam Price to entertain their guests during the wedding breakfast and a band called The Zoots who played during the evening reception were incredible! The first dance was ‘Hey Ho’ by the Lumineers and The Zoots kept the guests rocking all night long!
The newlyweds flew off to Thailand on the Sunday after their wedding. They spent 2 nights in Bangkok visiting traditional culture on the Chaopraya River, visited temples and markets and enjoyed a romantic dinner at Sirocco, featured in the Hangover 2. The couple then flew over to Koh Samui to relax on the beach and sip cocktails before heading over to Hong Kong to complete their amazing top notch honeymoon!
