The catering team at Bowood Estate created an exquisite menu for Libby, Simon and their wedding guests at the reception. A menu tasting session with the Food & Beverage manager Arno was a great insight, and the couple chose a caramelized onion and goats cheese tart, followed by chicken wrapped in Parma ham and a terrine of milk chocolate marquise for dessert.
Reception tables were named after each of the golf holds on the Bowood course as Simon is a keen golfer. For wedding favours men received mini martinis and the women received glam Nails Inc. polish with the name Elizabeth Street after the bride; a shade which also matched the rest of the wedding beautifully!
