The wedding colour scheme that Laura and Ben chose for their wedding was pale blue and pink with a rustic twist. They had a nautical, beachy theme running throughout the day which was truly apparent when the guests sat down to dinner. Vintage tea cups filled with candles and beautiful hand-made bunting looked absolutely stunning inside the bright and airy reception room.
A typically Cornish menu was served at dinner which included a broccoli and Cornish blue stilton soup to start, followed by Cornish rib eye steak with chunky chips, vegetables and a homemade sauce. Cornish Cream Teas were served for dessert and for the evening buffet they had canapés of Cornish mini sliders, pear and stilton bites and a vegetarian option. Laura and Ben also hired a traditional ice cream trike so that the guests to could stay cool and entertained whilst the newlywed couple went off to have their photographs taken on the glorious beach.
