Andy and Julie opted for a simple, three tiered, square wedding cake. The cake had three different flavours, with the bottom tier being chocolate, the middle was jam and cream and the top tier was fruit cake. The wedding cake was topped with ivory avalanche roses, and was made by the mother-in-law of one of the bridesmaid’s. They served the chocolate layer as part of the evening buffet.
Following their beautiful wedding, the newlyweds jetted off on honeymoon to the Maldives to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday after working flat out to create their dream wedding!
Julie’s advice to other wedding planning couples is: “try not to get too stressed, as everything will always be fine on the day!”
