Joanne and Ben’s wedding reception took place at Rhinefield House Hotel, in the New Forest. It was their first choice of wedding venue as it looked beautiful, and had gorgeous grounds, but most importantly they knew the service was good and the food was amazing.
There was a classic country garden theme to the day, with a cream and gold colour scheme used to highlight Ben’s family’s Campbell tartan and the beautiful Welsh oak used. They wanted to honour the beauty of the venue and have a timeless wedding style.
Canapés were served made from Lancashire produce, which was a nod to Joanne’s family roots. The menu included a confit duck ballotine, followed by sirloin of Scottish beef and caramelised pear tarte tatin.
