Jo chose professional hairstylists and make up artists to do her hair and make up on her wedding day. She opted for an elegant, sophisticated up do, with lots of volume. Her cathedral length Amanda Wyatt veil was fixed into her hairstyle. She wore the crystal scattered veil without a tiara as she didn’t want to distract from her elaborate hair do.
After two trials, Jo and her make up artist settled on the perfect look. They chose to subtly emphasise the eyes with liquid liner and defined lashes, paired with a natural looking glow on her cheeks, and pretty pink lips.
The bride wore an Alfred Angelo wedding dress, which she bought from Celebrations of Bawtry, her friend’s bridalwear shop. Shopping with her mum and close friend made the experience magical. She paired the strapless, sparkling gown with peeptoe heels from Pink by Paradox.
