Jennifer and Norry celebrated a humanist wedding ceremony at The Cruin, Loch Lomond at 2:30pm on September 9th, 2011. Jennifer remembers being the happiest she has ever felt as she walked down the aisle, arm-linked to her father, looking forward as she walked towards her handsome groom who was waiting for her at the altar. Their ceremony was personal and moving; exactly the way this couple had imagined their wedding to be.
During their venue search, Jennifer and Norry looked at one other venue, but as soon as they saw The Cruin they knew it was perfect for their day. The Cruin has the most stunning views of Loch Lomond, plus a very cosy, Scottish-looking Mcintyre suite which was well suited for both the wedding ceremony and reception. The theme of the wedding was traditionally ‘Scottish’, with purple playing a big part in the colour scheme. A company called ‘All Dressed Up’ provided chair covers and sashes which dressed and decorated the wedding ceremony beautifully.
