The talented mother of the bride made the gorgeous wedding cake. Jennifer’s mum’s delectable creation was made of four tiers, with the base tier being filled with fruit whilst the top three tiers were Madeira sponge. The cake was decorated with lots of sugar flowers in delicate pastel greens and pinks to suit the colour scheme of the wedding. The delicious wedding cake was offered with coffee after dessert, and was sent to guests who couldn’t attend the wedding.
Jennifer and Mark shared their romantic first dance to ‘From This Moment’ by Shania Twain, before partying to a DJ with their guests.
A few days after the wedding, the newlyweds jetted off to Elias Beach Hotel in Cyprus on a honeymoon in which Mark arranged as a surprise. He felt it was the perfect place to relax and start their life as husband and wife.
