Due to Jayne’s love of Shakespeare, the table names at the wedding breakfast were all Shakespeare related. The table names, which had been created by the bride and groom, all featured famous Shakespeare plays, along with a quote that the guests would recognise.
For a starter at the wedding breakfast, the newlywed couple’s guests were offered a choice of melon with mango sorbet, Yorkshire pudding with gravy or chicken liver pate. For the main course a selection of roast beef or chicken was offered, or a mushroom stroganoff as an alternative. As for dessert, the guests could choose from sticky toffee pudding, profiteroles or brandy baskets.
As neither Craig nor Jayne drink alcohol, along with many of their wedding guests, they chose a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails to be served throughout the wedding and into the evening.
