Fiona MacKinnon created a lovely, pearlised, gold sponge wedding cake designed for ‘two’ which Jan and Gary cut through after their intimate wedding ceremony. The gold ribbon and heart detail made this cake too cute to eat, but it turned out to be delicious!
For their larger wedding reception in September Gary and Jan decided to order a larger wedding cake from the range at M&S. The wedding cake was laid out on the evening buffet and had a filling of sponge and butter cream. The September evening reception was filled with special touches created by both Jan and Gary. From the candy buffet to the disco and even the wedding stationery; every aspect of their day had been thought about in great detail.
The newlywed couple spent a few nights in Skye to celebrate their love for each other. Their intimate wedding couldn’t have been better and they are both delighted at the fact that they get to spend forever, together.
