Jackie and Ian chose a simple and elegant 3 tier cake from Marks and Spencers.
The bottom layer was a traditional fruit cake. The other two layers were sponges with raspberry and butter filling. The cake was covered with white icing and both Jackie and her wedding planner decorated it with beautiful fresh red roses and a few diamantes.
The cake was served later with the buffet.
After the emotional and humorous speeches, the guests joined the wedding couple to celebrate in true Scottish style and danced to traditional ceilidh folk music.
