Helen’s mum made an exquisite wedding cake for her daughter and new son-in-law.
Their 3 tiered wedding cake was designed using a combination of fruit cake, sponge and chocolate cake, so that there was variety for everyone. It was decorated in white icing with a pearl sheen to create a more elegant look. Green organza ribbon was fixed to the bottom of each tier and green hydrangeas were place in between each tier to add colour and create a stunning effect.
Just two days after their wedding newlyweds Helen and William flew off to New York to enjoy 6 nights of sight seeing, followed by a further four nights in the city of Boston.
