James and Grace found their beautiful wedding venue after spotting a picture of it on a photographer’s website. They went to view it and were blown away by the beautiful gardens and airy orangery that come with the old manor house.
It turned out there was a great deal on at the time they wanted to book, so they jumped at the chance. The venue already had a very pretty interior, so in order not to take away from that, they picked a neutral colour palette of champagnes, ivories and nudes, with pearl details.
The newlyweds and their 65 day guests enjoyed a delicious wedding breakfast of cider baked apple and sweet potato soup with herb croutons to start, followed by fillet of pork wellington with a calvados and nutmeg sauce. These delectable courses were finished with caramel cheesecake with a toffee and rum coulis.
