Paul and Gemma cut into a three tiered wedding cake, which was designed to look like it was studded with hundreds of tiny pearls. The cake, which was made by one of Paul’s friends, consisted of lemon flavoured sponge and was decorated with blue ribbon.
Everyone had lots of fun at the wedding, including the 23 children who attended. The best man made a hilarious speech which had everyone laughing, and music was playing in the courtyard for those who wandered outside.
In the evening, DJ Perry got the party started and everyone commented on how great the music was. The newlyweds started the dancing by sharing their first dance to ‘Your Song’ by Ellie Goulding.
The week after their pretty spring wedding, the couple headed off on honeymoon. They spent time at home to celebrate Paul’s dad’s 70th with him, before jetting off to Dubai and the Maldives for a honeymoon that incorporated a bustling city with relaxing beaches.
