Emma’s amazing tea length wedding dress was a real vintage gem and she looked absolutely stunning in it.
Created by specialist vintage boutique, the brilliantly named Fur Coat No Knickers, Emma chose ther Martini Fizz dress for her special day.
Emma already knew that she wanted a vintage wedding dress when she went into the boutique and she fell in love with the 1950s inspired number as soon as she saw it.
The gorgeous gown had an elegant lace illusion neckline, a satin waistband and a fun and floaty skirt made of tulle. Emma had the skirt taken up in order to accommodate the dancing and tandem riding planned for the big day!
Emma paired the dress with a show stopping diamante and feather headpiece, plus diamante earrings, lace gloves, a cream sash and a petticoat to continue the 50s theme.
Natasha from Pretty Me Vintage styled Emma’s hair into big bouncy curls to complete the look and gave her a pretty retro makeup look with a flick of black eyeliner to create a sultry cat eye.
Emma knew she was in good hands as she also enlisted the help of Pretty Me Vintage to provide the hair and makeup for her vintage hen tea party a few months before!
As for Emma’s three bridesmaids, they also rocked 50s inspired designs from Lady V London. The unique dresses each featured red and purple to match the couple’s colour scheme.
